Comcast has taken over our Time Warner internet service resulting in very slow Yahoo email performance?

Comcast recently took over our Internet service from Time Warner. Since that time, my Yahoo email is running very slow, and some emails with attachments are never sent. I am using Outlook 2003 to receive and send email using my Yahoo email address. Suggestions?
