is the DSL/enhanced connection for att/yahoo account available for my new Time Warner cable hookup?

OK for this deal I get their internet and cable for 69.50 for 3 months. Now I assume thats the first 3 months. My question is, about how much more will it go up after that? Also do I also have to get their phone service? Or can I keep my own?
When will Time Warner offer ALL HBO channels in HD ?

I live in Manhattan (71st street and the East side). I just upgraded to a HD TV and HD cable box. I can only get 1 HBO channel (the main HBO) in HD. All the other HBOs aren’t available. I went to Time warner’s website and it says that those channels aren’t available below 86th St. Does anyone know if and when this will happen? It’s pretty frustrating to spend alomst $2,000 on a TV and only have one movie channel available in HD.
