If i select one of these HBO On demand movies, will I get charged even though it says $0.00? I am just confused about the pricing, and the subscriptions.

On Verizon’s website, they say that their Basic FiOS Internet plan features a download speed of 15 Mbps. Why would people get FiOS for that speed, if Comcast can give you speeds of up to 20 Mbps with a cable modem, for about the same price?

I used to have Cox. On Cox I had NBATV but its not on verizon Fios. Is there a way I can buy it or something? All of my favorite games are on NBATV and I never get to watch them.
