I thought Directv didn’t sell programing outside of the U.S., but when I went to Guatemala I saw a good deal of Directv dishes. Does the programing cost the same? And is it the same company or do the people down there just rent the name?

I already have DirecTV, and a DVR from them.. however, I just had their regular receiver before, and installed the DVR myself. Therefore, it only has one cable running from the dish to the back of the DVR receiver. So I can only record one show at a time..
I want to get another cable hooked up. What would DirecTV charge for someone to come out to just hook up an additional cable from the satellite dish?
