the reason i am asking is my husband and i are moving into an apartment and they only get Charter. we have never had Charter so we dont know how the service is. we are in South Carolina if that makes any difference.

I was given a computer with windows xp on it and I’m having a heck of a time getting it to connect to the internet through my cable modem. It keeps telling my it has limited or no connectivity, and that it cannot renew my ip address. I’ve fixed this problem for other people before, I just can’t remember how I did it
