What are the chances I could get Charter cable installed in my dorm room?

My room mate and I were thinking about getting Charter to come out to the dorms and install us internet and TV. We have cable in the room provided to us by the university but there is a 5G quota on the network, 5G of bandwidth per week. I know it’s not bad, but I HATE restrictions. I don’t want to have to worry about how much space I have left when it’s Friday night and I’ve downloaded a few programs.
Anyway, anyone have any idea on this one? Do you think it would be a big deal at all if there’s already cable in the room? I know at least there’s the possibility of cable TV, but what about internet? We have a network both wired/ethernet and wireless.

How is Charter for high speed cable ,TV or phone?

So far Charter cable is the only company that can offer me high speed internet at a reasonable price without adding more cost,
but as a bundle. Other comapnies like AT&T don’t offer DSL here yet or are much too high like Dish,etc. How is Charter’s service record? The bundle includes phone. How is their phone? How is their reputation?
